Welcome to Boxedcss. These terms cover the rules of the road when you use our website and buy from us. By placing an order or browsing boxedcss.com, you agree to everything below. If anything here doesn’t sit right with you, that’s fine — please don’t use the site.

Who Can Shop With Us

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract. By checking out, you’re confirming both. If you’re shopping on behalf of a business, you’re also confirming you have authority to bind that business to these terms.

Product Information and Pricing

We do our best to keep everything accurate, but mistakes can slip through.

  • Pricing errors. If a product is listed at a clearly incorrect price — $5 for a $500 hobby box, for example — we may cancel the order or contact you to confirm at the correct price, and we’ll refund you in full either way.
  • Product photos. Images are for reference. Actual packaging and box artwork may differ depending on the manufacturer’s release.
  • Stock availability. Listings don’t guarantee stock. We may limit quantities, sell out, or discontinue products without notice.
  • Quantity limits. On high-demand releases we may cap how many one person or household can order, to keep things fair.

Placing an Order

Submitting an order at checkout is an offer to buy; it doesn’t automatically mean we’ve accepted it. Your order is accepted when we send your shipping confirmation. We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
  • Verify your identity or payment details before shipping.
  • Decline orders that appear fraudulent.
  • Cancel orders for out-of-stock or mispriced items.

If we cancel your order, we refund you in full.

Payment

  • What we accept. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
  • Currency. All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD).
  • When we charge. Payment is collected when you place your order, including pre-sales.
  • If your payment fails. We hold your order for 48 hours while waiting for payment to clear, then cancel it automatically.

Pre-Sale Orders

  • You pay in full when you place the order.
  • Manufacturer release dates are estimates and can shift; that’s outside our control.
  • Once a pre-sale releases, we ship within 1–2 business days.
  • You may cancel a pre-sale order for a full refund at any time before it ships.
  • If a manufacturer cancels a release, or delays it more than 30 days past the announced date, we’ll contact you with the option to cancel for a full refund.

We Sell Authentic Products

Every product on Boxedcss is sourced through authorized distributors and wholesalers, and arrives factory sealed and genuine. We have zero tolerance for counterfeit or unauthorized product. If you ever doubt the authenticity of something you received, contact us right away and we’ll make it right.

Trademarks and Brand Names

Panini, Topps, Upper Deck, Leaf, Bowman, Pokémon, Konami, Wizards of the Coast, Fanatics, and all other brand names, logos, team marks, and player likenesses are the property of their respective owners.

Boxedcss is an independent retailer. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or licensed by any of these companies, any sports league, or any players’ association. Brand names appear on our site only to identify the products we sell.

Our Content Is Our Content

The Boxedcss name, logo, site layout, original photography, and written content belong to Boxedcss and are protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law. You can browse, share, and shop. What you can’t do:

  • Copy our content for your own site or store.
  • Use our logo or brand name without written permission.
  • Scrape product data using bots or automated tools.
  • Reproduce our photos or descriptions elsewhere.

If you want to use our content for a legitimate purpose such as a review or feature, email us first. We’re usually happy to help.

Things You Can’t Do on Our Site

  • Break any law while using the site.
  • Attempt to hack, damage, or disrupt our systems.
  • Use bots, scrapers, or automation to collect data or buy in bulk.
  • Submit false information at checkout.
  • Harass our staff or other customers.
  • Resell our products in ways that violate manufacturer agreements.
  • Impersonate anyone else.

If we find you doing any of this, we may close your account and refuse future orders.

No Guarantees on Sealed Products

We sell sealed products as-is. That means:

  • We don’t guarantee which specific cards, autographs, or memorabilia are inside.
  • We don’t promise particular pulls, hits, or insertion ratios.
  • We don’t warrant the contents beyond what the manufacturer provides.

The chase is half the fun — we’re here to get you the boxes.

Limit of Our Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Boxedcss is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, for lost profits, lost data, or lost time, or for any amount beyond what you actually paid for the product in question. Our maximum liability is capped at the cost of your order. This includes any claimed value of cards not pulled from a sealed product.

Events Beyond Our Control

If a delay or problem is caused by natural disasters, public health emergencies, government action, carrier strikes, or manufacturer supply issues, we’re not liable for the delay. We’ll always communicate and do our best to resolve it.

Which Laws Apply

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that we can’t resolve directly must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Weld County, Colorado, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

You agree to contact us and give us a real opportunity to resolve any issue before starting a formal proceeding or filing a payment dispute.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the changes.

If One Part Is Unenforceable

If a court decides that one part of these terms isn’t enforceable, the rest stays in full effect.
