What We Collect
When you shop on boxedcss.com or contact our team, here’s the kind of information that comes our way:

How Long We Keep It
Order records are kept for seven years to satisfy tax and accounting requirements. Account information is kept until you ask us to delete it. Analytics data is kept in aggregated form.
Keeping Your Data Safe
We use TLS encryption across the site, PCI-compliant payment gateways, hashed password storage, and internal access controls that limit who on our team can see customer information. No system on the internet is perfectly secure, but we take this seriously and will notify affected customers promptly if a breach ever occurs.
Your Rights
This is your data, not ours. Depending on where you live — including under the Colorado Privacy Act and the California Consumer Privacy Act — you may have the right to:
- Ask us what personal information we hold about you.
- Correct anything that’s wrong or outdated.
- Ask us to delete your account and your data.
- Receive a portable copy of your data.
- Opt out of targeted advertising and of the sharing of your personal information.
- Unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in any message.
- Appeal our decision if we decline a request, and file a complaint with your state attorney general.

Children
Boxedcss is not intended for anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. Purchases must be made by someone 18 or older. If you’re a parent and believe your child signed up or shared information with us, email us and we’ll remove it.
Other Websites
We sometimes link to outside sites — manufacturer pages, social media, and similar. Once you click through to another site, we can’t control what happens with your information there. It’s always worth reading their privacy policy before sharing anything.

We may update this page when laws change, when we add new features, or when something needs to be clearer. The current version always lives here on boxedcss.com with the revision date at the top.
