Looking to stock your card shop, run breaks, or supply your community with hobby boxes and supplies? Boxedcss offers wholesale pricing to qualified retailers and resellers across the United States. By purchasing at wholesale from Boxedcss, you agree to the policies below.

Eligibility

To qualify for a wholesale account, you (“the retailer”) must either:

  • Operate a physical shop, with or without an accompanying website, or
  • Be an online-only seller with an established following and a verifiable sales history.

The following do not qualify for wholesale pricing:

  • Sellers whose only sales channel is a third-party marketplace (eBay, Amazon, Etsy, Mercari, and similar).
  • Buyers purchasing for personal use or personal collections.
  • Drop-shippers without inventory or a verifiable storefront.
  • Unverified sellers using social media as their only platform.

All applicants are reviewed to confirm the business is legitimate. Boxedcss may decline an application, decline an order after approval, or close a wholesale account at our discretion.

How to Apply

Email contact@boxedcss.com with the subject line “WHOLESALE APPLICATION” and include:

  • A short introduction to your business — what you sell and how long you’ve been operating.
  • A valid business license issued in your state.
  • A reseller or sales tax exemption certificate.
  • Your EIN or business tax ID.
  • Your business address (no P.O. Boxes).
  • A website, storefront, or other proof that you’re actively trading.

We review applications within 5–7 business days and follow up with next steps.

Pricing

All pricing is in U.S. Dollars (USD), and wholesale pricing is available only to approved retailers who intend to resell.

  • Large or promotional orders don’t automatically qualify for wholesale pricing, though they may qualify for a separate discount — just ask.
  • Wholesale pricing is confidential and may not be shared, posted, or used in advertising.
  • Pricing is subject to change based on market conditions, manufacturer pricing, and availability.

Additional Discounts

Wholesale pricing already reflects a significant discount, so it doesn’t stack with promotional codes. The only exceptions are promotions offered specifically to wholesale partners, and high-volume pricing agreed under contract.

Orders with additional discount codes applied at checkout will be cancelled automatically.

Payment Terms

All wholesale orders are paid in full before shipment. We accept:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover).
  • PayPal Business.
  • ACH transfers, preferred for larger orders.
  • Wire transfers, for orders over $10,000.

We don’t offer net terms to new accounts. Established partners with a consistent order history may become eligible for net-15 or net-30 terms after six months of trading with us.

If you’d prefer to pay against an invoice rather than through checkout, email contact@boxedcss.com and we’ll issue one in USD.

Shipping

Standard shipping is free on wholesale orders, with no minimum. We ship from our facility in Greeley, CO, using UPS, USPS, and FedEx. Freight and pallet shipping is available for very large orders and is quoted separately.

Every shipment includes full tracking, sent to your email.

Fulfillment

Once payment is received, orders are fulfilled within 1–2 business days unless we notify you otherwise. Pre-sale wholesale orders are fulfilled within 1–2 business days of the manufacturer’s official release date. Release dates can shift, and that’s outside our control.

Manufacturer Allocations and Restrictions

  • Allocations. Some products are allocated by the manufacturer, so we can’t always guarantee bulk quantities of new releases.
  • Reseller rules. Some products carry strict reseller agreements — certain Panini items, for example, have minimum advertised pricing (MAP) requirements.
  • No automatic back-orders. When something is out of stock, your order won’t queue automatically.
  • Quantity limits. We may cap quantities on hot releases to keep distribution fair across all our wholesale partners.

Selling in Bulk to B2B Accounts

We accept bulk sales to B2B accounts and other wholesalers, subject to manufacturer allocations and stock availability. For large-volume needs, email contact@boxedcss.com with details about your business and requirements and we’ll work up a custom quote.

Returns

  • All wholesale sales are final unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Sealed products can’t be returned once opened, the same as retail.
  • Our 1-Year Warranty on supplies and accessories applies to wholesale purchases.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged Items

All items are quality-checked before shipping, but shipping accidents do happen. Please:

  • Inspect all shipments immediately on arrival.
  • Contact contact@boxedcss.com within 5 business days of receipt.
  • Include photos of the damage, the product, the shipping box, and the packing materials.
  • Don’t open damaged sealed boxes — opening voids the damage claim.

We’ll work with you and the carrier to resolve damage claims quickly through replacement, refund, or store credit.

Account Termination

  • The retailer violates our terms or pricing confidentiality.
  • Multiple chargebacks or payment disputes occur.
  • The retailer resells products in ways that violate manufacturer agreements.
  • Fraudulent activity or misrepresentation is detected.
  • The account is inactive for 12 months or more.

Closed accounts lose access to wholesale pricing and benefits.
